I’ve scaled organizations from $7M to $15M+, implemented company-wide EOS systems, led teams of 160+, and built margin-driving processes that eliminate chaos and drive execution.

At Target Corporation, I managed $1B+ in inventory and reverse logistics, led national expansion initiatives, and earned multiple VP-level awards for strategic impact and operational excellence. At Family Best Care, I served as COO and strategic integrator—overhauling workflows, integrating AI automation, and doubling revenue through smart growth.
